2 tsp badam pisin (almond gum)
2 cups of water
2 cups of milk
4 tbsp condensed milk (add as required)
4 tsp nannari syrup
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream (any flavour as preferred)
Step 1 – Rinse and soak the badam pisin in water overnight. The next day the badam pisin swells and turns into a jelly-like consistency. Strain the water and refrigerate the soaked badam pisin.
Step 2 – Add 4 tablespoons of condensed milk and 2 cups of chilled milk to a bowl and whisk well and refrigerate it.
Step 3 – Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of soaked badam pisin in a glass. Add the nannari syrup and 1 cup of the condensed milk mixture.
Step 4 – Add the scoop of vanilla ice cream and dry fruits or glazed cherries as per preference. Drizzle the nannari syrup over the top and serve chilled!
